1. Delivery Methods

We offer several convenient delivery methods:

  • Courier to your home – fast and direct delivery to your specified address.
  • Parcel lockers / Post office – convenient pickup at your preferred time.
  • International delivery – for shipments sent abroad (where applicable).

Delivery options, costs, and durations may vary depending on the destination country.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery times:

  • Lithuania: 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Abroad: 3–7 business days (depending on the country).

Note: Delivery times may change due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Unexpected increases in shipment volume
  • Logistics or customs procedures

We will inform you of any potential delays via email or phone.

3. Delivery Rates

The shipping cost depends on the selected method:

  • Courier to home: (e.g.) €3.99 – €6.99
  • Parcel lockers / Post office: (e.g.) €2.99 – €5.49
  • Free delivery: Available for orders over a certain amount (e.g., from €50 / €100).

The exact price will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number.
  • A link to track your shipment’s movement online.

This allows you to conveniently monitor the delivery progress in real-time.

5. Order Preparation

Order confirmation means that the item in stock is reserved for you. We prepare items for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

6. Shipping Duration After Dispatch

The time it takes for the shipment to reach you depends on the chosen method:

  • Courier: 1–2 business days.
  • Parcel locker / Post office: 2–4 business days.
  • International deliveries may take longer.

7. Collection and Handover

  • The courier will deliver the item to the address provided in the order form.
  • In parcel lockers, you can collect your shipment within 7 calendar days of receiving the notification.

If the shipment is not collected within the specified time, it may be returned, and additional fees may apply.

8. Delivery Errors and Damages

If an item is damaged during delivery or does not match your order, please:

  • Take a photo of the damage.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

We will help resolve the situation by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

9. International Delivery and Customs

For international shipping:

  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply – these may be charged in the recipient’s country.
  • These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient, if required by local laws.
